Ampcon 1.9.2 released

1. Migrate Python version from Python2 to Python3.
2. Support to backup database and manage the backuped snapshots (backup/restore/delete).
3. Support to register third-party devices to run Ansible playbook.
4. Support Ansible Galaxy in AmpCon server Linux command line.
5. Encrypt sensitive data in AmpCon database.
6. Support to verify generated configurations via PicOS-V.

7. Provide upgrade packages and support upgrade from AmpCon 1.8.x to AmpCon 1.9.1.
8. Update AmpCon APIs to support comparation among backup configurations, running configuration and original generated configuration.
9. Fix feedback issues from AmpCon v1.9.0.
