How to reset password of SSO login – Pica8.com

Here are the steps to set or reset your password.
Open a browser and go to: https://csp.pica8.com/ssoa/.
Browser will show the Login page below. Please click “I forgot my password”.
Please fill in your email address and click “Change”
Pica8 Authentication server will send you an email to instruct you how to set your new password.
Please check your email account’s Junk folder and Spam folder if it is not shown in Inbox folder.
Please click the link in the email as shown in the following picture to reset the password. SSO system gives you 10 minutes from step 6 to step 7. Please repeat the steps from step 2 if you miss the 10 minute limit.
Reset the password and click “Change” button.
SSO system will send you an email to confirm the success of the reset action.
